A perusal of 'weird Christmas' for this year talks about the spread of social media (read: EVERYBODY'S phone video of their cat destroying the Christmas tree, etc.), Krampus mania taking off, and European holiday traditions getting worldwide exposure (see: social media above), including ones we've covered before in this blog, such as KFC becoming the 'go to' meal on Christmas in Japan (our first link below) and the Gavle Goat in Sweden (second link). While writing this up, what to our wondering eyes should appear but the festive appearance of yet ANOTHER Yule Goat which we'd never heard of until today - behold the Romanian Capra! The full story of this Glittering Goaty can be found below as well ... HEY! What do Capras eat? CORN! Pffffftttt ... we're runnin' on fumes here, kids. Wait, we said KIDS! OK, we're gonna take a moment and step away from the keyboard while you do some link perusin'.
